    failure to down load after finally getting back to positive balance.....

    After finally getting to a positive balance I tried to down load the new garden puzzle and came up with code 017-000. please help and could you look into all of the points that went negative...

    I have tried it through Xbox, yes..... AND from desktop, AND as administrator.

    And now.... ALL my downloads are gone, and when I try to download more it tells me " that more will be available soon".

    This is turning out to be a crappy program.

    I have read the minimal database re this error, I have tried everything suggested.
