Microsoft, it is time for a reckoning.

I will preface this by saying I have been a long time customer of Microsoft who has supported and even defended you for many years. I started that journey with Windows 98, Office 97, and the original Xbox back in 2001. I have watched these products go from
excellent over the years (Windows 2000, Office 2000, and Xbox 360) to the sad state of affairs they are in now (Windows 8 which was nothing more than a mobile OS forced upon your desktop users and Windows 10 which is basically spyware). That leads me to your
latest screw up that is the Xbox One and more appropriately, Xbox Live. I'm not sure what happened with your company after Mr. Gates stepped down, but clearly he left the monkeys in charge at the factory.

I can start by attacking the obvious things like this is an overpriced boat anchor when not connected to the internet, not to mention the problems it has connecting to the internet in the first place, but I will leave those to the tens of thousands of other
complaints on the topic. Instead I would like to focus on your personal gestapo patrolling Xbox Live, aka your enforcement division. The division who has hidden reputation profiles on your paying customers and punishes them based on those reputations, not
actual wrongdoing. And furthermore, instead of punishing the sad excuses for human beings that are being abusive to the community, you target the people who are the victims of their personal vendetta with society. You gives us bans for defending ourselves
even though we were silent for the 99 times before that. We have blocked and reported as you have requested for many years to no avail. And when our frustration finally boils over, your personal gestapo lets us know that they are there, and that they have
our dossier or papers if you prefer. They feed us to the fire instead of the human excrement that truly deserve it and I for one have had enough.

As of this evening, I am staring at a seven day ban for defending myself and my clan mates against one of these people. He decided in a Destiny 2 Crucible match to behave abusively towards myself and my teammates and continued that behavior after the match
was over. Not only was he "****" many of the people in there, including a female player on our team, but he continued by firing off a homophobic slur at myself and my clan leader after the match. Yes, I responded to him in kind and I understand that violates
the terms of service at the end of the day, but I had ignored it the 99 times before and I decided not to this time. At this point I accept the punishment I have been given, but I don't accept Microsoft's continued failure in supporting their good, long term
customers in favor of the ones that are destroying a part of their community. And I truly believe many of us can agree upon that here.

No, I am not looking for sympathy here, or for someone to reaffirm my position. Instead, I wanted to use this as a platform to address Microsoft directly since they limit my ability to do so. You have lost a long term customer today due to the continued
failure of your products and services. Yes, I understand that I am nothing in your multi billion dollar business, but no company is infallible. Ask Sears and Kmart if you don't believe me on that, not to mention all of the other corporations that have collapsed
over the years. If you continue to abuse your customers, your real and true customers, you will just be another name on a top 10 list of failed companies 20 years from now. And I for one, will not miss you.

"Make no mistake, it's not revenge he's after. It's a reckoning."

Sorry Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again.

Well, I tried to buy Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning from xbox.com but no luck.

I received the error message "Sorry Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again."

I tried it many times now but still not success.

However, I could still buy free product for example, Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning DEMO without problem

Region is not an issue because this game is region free.

    Please help.

You don't get suspended for having a bad reputation you get suspended for breaking the code of conduct.

Would.probably help if you dint have.major inaccuracies

And your behaviour shows the reputation was accurate and we couldnt punch big holes.in your inaccurate theories

    First and foremost

All consoles need to check the internet thata to make surw you have the latest software you dont nessarily need live but you gwt the picture

Also if you cannot connect to live how are you able to play gamrs another big inaccuracy

    I think you are trolling

    2 nd big inaccuracy

Enforcement has nothing to do with reputation

Anf has no factor in your rep

Think of it like your school

Did your teachers or.police.control your rep? Or.any onr person

    Its a big NO

It is based on your behaviour and opinion of others on your behavuour over a period if time

Its not your opinion or any one persond opinion of you

That said thats shows how little you care about thenopionion of others is

And why your rep is so low

    3rd and the big one

It doesnt matter who statts the fight if you retailiate in anywY that breaks the rules regardless of console you eill be punished .even on sony

    Commom use common sense

Your rep is because of your behaviour and rightfully so

Unsportman like behaviour is a bad thing

    Fix it

Any more theories you want ust prove wrong so elogquently

You can view your ban at enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review from there if eligible. In the future I would advise reporting and blocking users and moving on rather than retaliate.

I believe Microsoft already know about this as it got mentioned numerous times during the beta, (I mean every other thread mentioned it)

In due time I reckon we will see this added.
