    Day 4 and still no change. Why are we being ignored by the company, inwould like to know how many players are facing this perm suspension due to xboxs glitch?

    Yeah it's wild that they have not acknowledged that there is a major problem... basically people can just get people banned by simply reporting them no matter if it was a real violation or not... in my case yes I did say two bad words but I've been banned going on a week... and I had a perfect record... this is terrible communication with paying customers.

    The Xbox Live policy enforcement team is employed by Microsoft. and they Validate each and every permanent suspension. Regardless what your son tells you. They always validate before giving a permanent suspension. Once they issue a permanent suspension
    and they say "Suspension will stand as issued" there decision is final and won't be overturned or appealed.

    As Viral Cyrix mentioned. Once Permanently suspended its impossible to refund, re-download or recover the account. Once done you can't undo.

    What does it mean to get permanently suspended

    It's most likely not permanent, but there is a suspension. There's an issue with the notification system showing everyone they have a permanent suspension.

    Unfortunately no. Permanent suspensions are eligible for a case review, provided the suspension was issued in the last 12 months. So, any suspension issued before 26 November 2017 is no longer eligible for review after today.

    Permanent suspensions are not handed out lightly. They have significant evidence of a major infraction of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct and/or Microsoft Services Agreement. In such cases, all content associated with that account is lost.

    Permanently deleted or permanently banned?

    There is an issue with the notification system for suspensions telling everyone they are permanently suspended, when it's actually a shorter suspension. You can try contacting support and they can tell you how long your suspension actually is, but they won't have any further information about the suspension. There's currently an issue with the enforcement site not showing current suspensions which means it's not possible to submit a case review at the moment.
