    Unpin the game from the taskbar and start. Then uninstall the game. Go back into Microsoft Store and reinstall the program. You'll have to go into the collections and click on the download buttons, but you'll get everything back without purchasing again.

    The PET do not use these forums. You'll need to log in to http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click the hammer icon to see the reason for the enforcement and open a case review with them.

    Microsoft points are non-refundable/transferable. Next time before redeeming your code make sure you are logged into the account that you want to redeem the points on.
