Microsoft is refusing to accept my phone number or anyone elses to unlock my account.

I ain't locked from my account, but I am locked from Microsoft Services. I have to input a phone number and verify my account to unlock it, but when I try to unlock it a while later, it is locked again and I have to verify using a phone number again. (Basically
I am in an infinite, and annoying loop...)

These security proofs are seriously angering me. I tried downloading my profile onto my friends xbox, and it refuses to let me sign in. It says i need more security, such as an email, or phone number to play my account. Thing is, i don't want to have an

Hi, the phone number is not being accepted, I get the code and the code works but when I type it in and submit it, it says "This alias cannot be added to your account. Choose a different alias", so for some reason they don't accept my phone number.

Once you unlock the account you must have an email about it, it is not possible to use another method, it is the only way

I was just on the phone with microsoft and basically said only thing I could do was to get someone elses number but iv already used my friends numbers for my other accounts so they are at the limit too. I managed to get a few back as they had my phone
number already in the account info so if i reset my password using phone it let me in but the rest dont have my number in the account info already and i cant sign in to add it so im kinda stuck.
