    where to start. i will put them in three stages.

    part one refunds of a purchased game that was canceled:....

    begin: so i go to a game store to buy myself 200 euros worth of microsoft points.

    i wanted to buy the crew 2 ultimate of 99.98 or something euro .. so 100 euro... i put two cards on my account thinking yeey i got the crew 2. then the stuff began to really become dark... the crew could not be downloaded because of insuficient cash.. i
    only had 100 euro so the order canceled.... in this process my xbox say ok you can buy 52 eur o of credits and the rest will go from mastercard...

    this i did not see or was not made aware of that this happend... so i see i got 50 less..... oh noooo but ok i put the other cards on my acount.. i buy the crew 2 in the setting i told of before.. so i buy the game and see whut i only payed 50 for it ....
    me so happy then...

    but then issue number 2... where did the other 50 euro go that i first put on .. this was soo called put on a dutch part of my account... while i clearly live in belgium....and i could not for the love of god access this 50 euro ...... i was geting annoyed

    soo i go to chat room support... 3 hours i was there talking to that woman;;;;;... she did not listen to a word i was telling her.. and was trying to make it clear that i was lying and she wanted the chat to end .......

    so when i finaly was boiling from angry .. peep peep peep....... i told her to shut up.. and listen to me .. i told her what happend.... she reply ... oooooh i did not see it like that ... hold on i go check..... i was furious to say the least......

    then she come back telling everything is ok and she fixed it

    clearly not because 2 hours later i was back in the chat room complaining about that woman who spoofed me and said i was lying (not in those words) but didnt do jack.... that friendly guy checked everything did read everything i said and she said ....

    he come back saying yes there is defenitly something wrong on youre account i gave the task to the higher staff and they will contact you in 24 hours with details ....

    3 days later sighhhh angry as a **** (sorry the language) i was back in that room complaining a 3th time about something that clearly they dont give a **** about ... im getting angry now again soo sorry ...they tell me the following.... yes your 50 euro
    that was payed with mastercard.. it is still in the system trying to get the cash from ure mastercard (btw this card is dead) and the system will try some more times before it say oke no go and give money back.... this was 7 days ago still nothing

    the most angry part comes now... they tell me

    50 euro on dutch account is not our fault ..

    i say whut whut yes its is i pay 4 exactly same cards in same shop

    and 1 goes banannas.... not my fault i say that youre fault

    only thin i want

    is that 50 euro to go to my belgium account.. whe live in europe e guys from america ...whe have euro that is one single coin and value over the entire europe zone

    they tell me from support no whe can not transfer because netherlands have other value then belgium

    only thing i can do is buy a game for u now and put int on youre account ..

    so basicly

    the force me to buy a game i dont want or otherwise i can not acces that 50 euro anymore..... because whe in europe you grrrrrrrrrrrrr dont understand that whe dont live in caves anymore.. whe have one single valuta that is called
    euro and is in every country exactly the same value or course or whatever you called it.. its 1 euro that is exactly worth as much as 1 euro from spain germany netherlands belgium france do i need to continue...

    there is a third issue but thats minor also about missing cash on account that they say yes is glitch in system it wil correct itself... i'm no fool .. icrosoft i'm not kidding this is not the end of this matter ......

    Microsoft support told me Paypal is to blame. And I should start using credit cards. Hmmm.

    Wow, what a stroy!

    I read the whole article and the parents already said "we don't blame Microsoft, we just want parents to be more aware of what their child does.." which I think is a fair point

    This is a joke!!

    1. They should have combined the money from the Belgian and Netherlands regions, problem fixed, €50 is €50 in any country that takes Euros, no exchange rate needed!!

    2. If they couldn't do this they should have put the money onto your Belgian account for you instead and wiped it from the other region.

    3. Being forced to purchase a game that you don't want or need, just to spend the money is clearly not a suitable solution to a problem that could easily be fixed.

    After all, you payed money, did not receive you goods, and have not been refunded yet. This must be a breach of the sale of goods and services, not good enough from a huge multinational corp.

    Hope they fix it for you!!

    This is a joke!!
