That must be a glitch or something but you can still contact them over chat and they do call you, trust me I been there.

There are plenty of avenues to contact xbox customer service you just have to be directed to the proper area. Don't feel discouraged you are not alone. We are all here to help you as best as possible. Please read the section under prepaid. I'm sure they
