Microsoft is cruel and unfair

Hey Microsoft,why are you so mean to your paying & loving gamers if you keep letting people report others, then what is the point in buying your product if people can't communicate with other players. So stop suspending people from
communication or your company will loose buisness, I loved Microsoft all my life and I wouldn't want to leave you guys for PlayStation because I prefer Xbox over PlayStation, but if you keep suspending us gamers then we would see NO point in buying your product
so think for a minute would you want more products to be sold, or would you rather losing money. Think about that.

Agree. This is obviously a cruel "trick or treat" Halloween trick. No treat to this. I managed to solve them but it was no treat. CombinedPlague2 is correct, this is a completely unfair stunt to pull ON THE LAST DAY OF THE MONTH! Forget the "holidays",

Xbox live enforcement team has no way to contact them

my account was banned without any warnings

There is no way to ask for a real appeal of plea for some forgiveness from the ban

It feels like the first time you are committing a traffic violation you lose your drivers license.

My offense was buying and trading game items with friends. I didn't know this was against the terms of service. Ignorance of the law is no excuse but this feels cruel and unusual

I have many hundreds of dollars invested in that account and you take it all. It feels cruel and unfair

Perhaps a suspension and. Warning

Perhaps a financial penalty and warning

First offense for selling and trading with friends is a permanent ban

It's cruel

At least start with one warning

You might pay to use Live, but you also agree to the rules when you sign up. Don't follow the rules and you get punished. It's pretty simple really. Playstation has similar rules.
