Microsoft is Corrupt

Sorry to hear about your situation. I don't think that person would have the ability to give out bans like that. I would suggest you try to avoid replying if it doesn't seem like a friendly convo, and instead block/report them. If you do decide to go PlayStation,
they have lots of great games and a friendly community. You can't go wrong with whatever you do decide to do.

I find it disgusting how some people can just ban players because of their connections within microsoft! Today was the first time i lost my cool with a player after he messaged me, which triggered a reaction from me which I admit crossed a line
but rather than the player reporting me like ALL OF US NORMAL players would have to do he threaten me that his buddy which works in the microsoft enforcement team would ban me and soon after I did get banned and guess what that player is still able to message
and did message me taunting about what he just did. Microsoft you put up this front talking about how you want to provide a community of fair play but do you consider this fair !!? I reported the player why didn’t he get banned right away like I did within
minutes? This is honestly disgusting makes me want to switch to playstation. Microsoft is corrupt! What will you guys do about this? My guess nothing.

Enforcement related issues need to be directed to
enforcement.xbox.com, however in regards to your issue, I would be confident the person taunting you had no actual connection to someone in PET and you were banned due to your violation of the CoC.

The enforcement team don't tell anyone that they are a member of the enforcement team so this person was talking rubbish.Even if they were speaking the truth,every single report is treated the same & thoroughly investigated before any action is taken,which
takes time.

It is extremely rare for anyone to receive enforcement action instantly,only happens if a member of the enforcement team catches you in the act.

I suspect you were suspended for something else you did weeks ago or longer & it's just a coincidence you received your suspension while messaging this other player.

If you reported this other player then they will be investigated & action taken if needed but like I said,investigating a report takes time & you wont be told the result of that investigation.

You may get a generic thank you message if someone is suspended/banned due to a report you've filed but this is very rare.

As per the others, I highly doubt this person had a friend in the enforcement team. It's something people often use as a threat, but that's all it is. Unfortunately if you broke the code of conduct, you will get banned or suspended. The only thing to do
if the player also broke the code of conduct is to block and report them.

I did report them! So why am i banned? Why is he able to still taunt me which i cant reply back too ? And if he does have a buddy at XBLPEF ? Who do i talk too about the foul play? The fact they specifically threaten to ban my communication and it ends
happening within minutes while i reported him and he still able to taunt me smells like foul play who do i talk to about this ?
