So, lemme get this straight..Microsoft has a policy to prevent harassment yet they allow me to always get harassed, and possibly others, so what i'm seeing here is that Microsoft only allows big payers to get what the hell they want which is just rigged,
if you want a communist form then go to Russia, Microsoft, you screwed me over.

If you're being harassed on Xbox, the BEST thing to do is report any messages, block, and move on. Microsoft can't punish these type of people if you're not reporting the user, especially if they're sending messages. If their messages include anything
that can be deemed offensive and/or harassment and they were properly reported, they'll more than likely receive a communication ban at minimum.

Your gaming rep has no impact on whether you'll get a suspension from Xbox Live. You need to break the rules that you agreed to when you signed up to be suspended.

I've been a member since 2006 and I've never been suspended.

You do know too punishments may take awhile to happen and you won't get any confirmation message about it? Meaning the only person that would know they received the punishment is that person themselves.

Did that, did nothing, Microsoft clearly wants to sit on their rears and give me Avoid Me instead, it's lovely how I used to think Microsoft was all nice and great til they just allow this stuff to happen, can't stand it and I won't stand it.

Guess that makes hell better, punishment on the spot, either way Microsoft was quicker do go against me than against them, considering I was Needs Work yesterday and suddenly Avoid Me today after a griefer decides to make my day by blowing me up and running,
if Microsoft wants to be slower helping a person with deep depression, so be it, Microsoft can only blame themselves when people take action.
