Microsoft is a joke. Months later I can’t buy from a retailer

The pandemic has crippled every single aspect of manufacturing and distribution. With the Xbox 360 it took until March before there was even a semi-reliable stream of units hitting stores, so consider yourself lucky because that was without a global pandemic

basically microsoft scrapped it, you can buy 12 month codes from most retailers and online stores just not from microsoft themselves.

This is a joke, digital should be less than retail. There are plenty of places to buy WD for £45. From what I'm hearing about the game I might give it a miss at this price.

Microsoft has stopped selling 12 month subscriptions through them, but you can still buy them as a 1 month or 3 month subscription or buy 12 month prepaid codes from other retailers. Gold is still required to play online with other people.
