Microsoft (Routers): I cant Access my microsoft points
I have over 12,000 lifetime points and I have not redeemed them. I don't know how to redeem them or access them for that matter. All of the rewards that I've accomplished and games Ive bought to achieve more points don't register?? Please help as I would
really like to cash in for spending so much money. My gamertag is thank you.

i bought a 1600 MP card and and i redeem it and it was succesfully complete. so when i tried to buy some thing it said i have 0 MS. i called xbox support so they said i sign in into a console that had the beta. thats true my friend has the beta. so they
said my acc was listed as using the beta. so now i cant use my microsoft points I NEED HELP!!

I'm sorry about all the trouble your having, I hate to be the barer of bad news but since you signed into your account on your friends console, your points were converted over to your local currency. The same process being described

here



You should be able to make purchases if your on your friends console but until the official release comes out you wont be able to make purchase on your console.



That being said, this will all resolve itself automatically once the update rolls out later this year. You can also add a credit card or PayPal to the account and pay for content that way for the time being. Again, once the full update rolls out, you'll
have full access to the currency currently stored on the account.
