    Microsoft Human Help


    For 3 weeks now, Modern Warfare has not been working due to "unable to read the disc". Thhe disc is not scratched. After weeks of trying to contact Xbox with no support whatsoever, I ordered another Modern Warfare - SAME ISSUE WITH BRAND NEW DISC.

    Prompted Error Message - I went online and selected the correct error message from options and have performed all of the steps TWICE. The game still will nott play and now it will not even read the disc.

    I NEED SOME HELP FROM MICROSOFT!!!!!!

    Customer service phone number of 1800-469-9269 does not have any form of human support. After reading the message on how to get a callback dfdrom Microsoft, it disconnects the call. There is no option on the phone for Human Help. When you go to xbox.com/help
    and perform the steps to request a call - ALL OF THE OPTIONS SAY PHONE CALL NOT AVAILABLE.

    I need human support on this issue. I have tried every possible option on Xbox help - there is no way to request a call back at the current time and the only support is the "virtual assistant" that seems to be a condditional program that takes you to step
    2 if you select option 1. There is not an option to assist with the problem I needing assistance.

    I need to be contacted directly from Microsoft to FIX THIS ISSUE.

    HUMAN HELP IS NEEDED ON THIS ISSUE - I NEED TO BE CONTACTED BY MICROSOFT - BEEN TRYING FOR 3 WEEKS NOW

    You would have to go to http;//support.xbox.com/contact-us and request a call back or chat with support. If you don't see those options, change your category/topic. Billing
    & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.
