I'm sorry to hear you're having issue with your cape. How lang has it been since you redeemed your Home cape? Can you please try to check if your cape is listed in your order history? https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

If the cape is listed, please open Minecraft Bedrock and try to sign out your Microsoft account then sign back in. Then go to Dressing Room > Capes. After activating the cape in Bedrock, please try to restart your Minecraft Launcher and see if it will show in your Java Edition capes.

If the cape will not show up in both Bedrock Edition and Java Edition after some time, you may need to reach out to Minecraft support so they can help you with your cape and check it. https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/request/new?ticket_form_id=360001225811

I have the same issue. I got Java in September 2021 and Bedrock for Windows 10 in February 2022 on the same Microsoft account that I've had for years, and still haven't gotten the cape. I know it's not a problem on my end as I received the Cherry Cape for voting in the 2023 Mob Vote no issue.

Please check your Minecraft account settings to make sure that it is still listed as an owned cape.

To do this, go to your Minecraft account settings: https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/msaprofile and see if the Founder's cape is still listed under "Capes".

If it's not there, log out and back in to your Microsoft account because this can help refresh the syncing between your Microsoft account and your Minecraft account. After logging in, please check if the cape is there.

You are correct, Michael. Most of the event capes are given after the promotion.
