Microsoft hiding behind humanless enforcement actions/stealing money

It's a communication with 5 out of 8 "strikes" yet there's no prior anything, no warning, no notifications, and yeah, you get an appeal in the form of a single little "feedback" box that is generally instantly denied. Then the options are "nobody at microsoft will speak to you about this". The tech dept can't help you (they say that right on the enforcement blocking message). So who do we have to go to? Bill Gates? There isn't even any information given back in their appeal denial. Just says "harassment" and this in via GTA5, an adult made game, for mature audiences. If someone doesn't want to be harassed, they can simply block the person, so whats with all this extra sh*t all of a sudden?

Game rating doesn't give you a free license that's only affects in-game content not how you interact with others

Online interactions are still subject to the terms of use

Not to mention support has nothing to do with enforcement as they don't have access at any company as those teams are offline only for the exact reason to avoid harassment

Only moderated methods of contact Like secured websites are used for enforcement

Some companies like sony is one strike you are out no appeal and no they no longer have forums

And fyi Bill Gates has nothing to do with MS day to day operation after a certain incident that resulting in his removal as chair even before that he worked for mostly the gates Foundation not MICROSOFT

Support team has no access anything the enforcement team does. The enforcement team is literally hiding behind screens handing out unjust suspensions.
