microsoft have lost my xbox

i sent an xbox x back to microsoft through their carrier UPS who have lost the xbox UPS will not deal with me as the contract is with microsoft but as microsoft has never recieved the xbox they have closed the warranty repair down cancelled UPS will not deal with me and i cannot contact microsoft as no phone numbers get through to a hunman and there are no options for this situation i have sent emails no response call back doesnt work on the website and the phone numbers just refere you back to website this is making me ill my boy has been without his xbox over two months now and UPS are awaiting microsoft to send them paperwork to process a claim but microsoft have closed the file down and are not contacting me or contactable please help

I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble recovering your account.

Do you have access to the phone number associated with the account?

If not

Do you have access to the recovery email set up on the account?

You can choose for a change password to be sent to the recovery email instead as a short fix if you are just trying to get into your account.

If this isn't possible for the issue at hand you will need to begin the account recovery process outlined in the support link below.

The process takes 30 days to complete so getting the recovery started as soon as possible is important.

Unfortunately if you cannot provide the necessary information needed to complete the recovery form and you don't have access to the back up email set up on the account, then you wont be able to recover the account.

I understand losing an account is frustrating however, the security is set in place to ensure that it is the person that owns the account that is trying to recover it.

I think that Microsoft will never add Rewards for Russia. We have lost Xbox Game Pass, we have lost Xbox Live Gold... Microsoft has come out from Russia.
