    They acknowledged that there is a problem and that they are working on fixing it. But they didn't say anything about what's causing it or give an estimate on how long.

    when will somebody from Microsoft Bingo respond?

    People have been patient; people have been frustrated; people ask time and again about continuing problems

    This server connection error is nothing new; we have no connection at all right now it's been getting steadily worse over a few days to the point many people are complaining here and on the facebook support page

    It is NOT our computers at fault! In the main, people have tried the remedies - I ALWAYS shut everything down before even thinking about opening bingo; even though no other program requires such drastic action, from other Microsoft games to live streaming.
    And when Bingo works fine it is great. Unfortunately it has errors which I - and others - have complained about without any response. Even when it connects, it inexplicably shuts down - sometimes during a game, sometimes at the end of the game. Rewards don't
    always get rewarded, from travel patterns to bingo lines called. I could go on - and have, at length, in previous posts, both here and on Facebook bingo support.

    Keeping us informed would be a step forward at least, and is not too much to ask for a page that professes to be a SUPPORT page

    Microsoft Bingo Not Giving Free Coins & Tickets

    I have previously reported this problem with Microsoft Bingo NOT giving the free tickets and coins for viewing the ads. #1 The ads wont load or play, #2 This has been happening for over 6 weeks, #3 I have reported this issue on Microsoft Bingo Face Page,
    Sent an Email to the Developer, sent an email and online chat with Microsoft Xbox tech support. Posted about the problem on two different Microsoft Bingo Forum sites, and have not received a single email confirming that SOMEONE has read the posts, complaints,

    I did bring this up on facebook, and even messaged you on facebook, about this, and other game issues. Including Fishdom 3. Which still hasn't been resolved. And I haven't heard anything from you on facebook from the message, or the post i made to the
    microsoft bingo page. at least this one fixed itself with the latest release. but fishdom 3, and throne together are still broken.

    Server Connection Issues

    I am playing on my PC from the downloaded Bingo game. My internet connection is strong and I'm not having problems with the other Xbox live games like solitaire connection or Mahjong. I see on the Bingo discussion and support pages that this is a global
    problem with server connection issues that Microsoft keeps experiencing and not just an issue with me so I'll wait until the problem gets resolved.

    Does Microsoft post updates when there are large connectivity issues with updates or information on when these will be fixed?

    Facebook might be the place to post issues with the game server, but not everyone uses or is on Facebook. As a courtesy, the Ambassador could have at least stated she would update the Microsoft Facebook page to report the issue.
