Then we definitely recommend requesting a call back. You will want to tell them all security information has been changed on the account and you are unable to do the account recovery form.

When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these
steps:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request a call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

he did not have the password, only I had it, we bought an xboxlive subscription on the cdkeys site on friday and sunday we had the hacked account with purchases of 200 €, we were changed the email address and my associated phone number was also deleted
impossible to recover the account, we tried to create another but suddenly the 2 accounts are no longer associated and lost subscription

This is why I do not give my kids their password. I won't until they are 16 for the sole purpose that they won't get phished especially with games like Fortnite where people are more vulnerable because they do not know what to watch out for and it's mostly
little kids that play it.

First of all, your son needs to try to gain control of the account again via the

Compromised Account troubleshooter here.

If he is unable to get access to his account with the troubleshooter, you'll have to
contact the official support here.

After your son has access to his account again, he needs to
sign in to the Account Security settings page and has to remove the phone numbers and other emails the hacker might have added.

Then your son needs to change the password to something secure.

AND MOST IMPORTANTLY: Your son should enable Two Step Verification and set up the free authenticator app on his phone. That way, whenever a hacker tries to sign into your son's account on a new device, they are asked about a secret passcode, that only the
app on your son's phone can provide. So unless the hacker also manages to steal your son's phone, the hacker can't hack into the account.

After your son has secured his account, please educate him about proper account security.

Tell him to NEVER give anyone access to his account, no matter how much they promise (be it "free" Fortnite V-Bucks, or level ups or whatever else they might offer your son. If someone asks for access to your son's account, it is ALWAYS a scam!).

Also tell your son, that if he is engaging in "game sharing", he should make sure that he removes his account from the other console he's sharing to, and does NOT let other people access his account. After the sharing setting has been established, the account
does NOT have to stay on the shared console. If he doesn't have access to the console to remove his account, he has to change his password again to prevent account abuse.
