Hi, from what I know MS Points are no more supported / available, so you can only reedem digital card with Microsoft credit. You can convert your rewards points in differents cards, if you take an xbox or a Microsoft digital card you can use it to buy games
(digital and disc), consoles and accessories from the online xbox / microsoft store within 90 days from the redemption date.

du kannst beide Guthaben Arten aus dem Rewards Programm für die XBOX verwenden. Microsoft Guthaben kannst du genauso gut für digitale XBOX Spiel Einkäufe auf der XBOX nutzen wie das XBOX Guthaben selbst auch.

Hi! Please try to use only one language so that we can understand what your issue is. The problem here is that gift cards are tied to regions and therefore you have to buy the right currensy for your region.

In fact you are still able to use that gift card, switching to the respective region and after that you're able to redeem the code/use your account balance for that region. Next time just reach out to Xbox Support before redeeming the key and I'm sure they
