Hi, one month ago there was promotion that if I sign up for Groove music subscription I will receive code for three months of Groove music for free. One month and one day passed since I sign up for subscription and still no email with 3 months code. How
long will it take?

Groove Music 3 months free code

Good day, I am posting since I have yet to receive my code for 3 free months of the Groove Music Pass, which was promoted up until August 17th. As per the earlier post,

Promotion Details: Sign up for Groove Music Pass by August 17, 2016 and get a 3 month code. (4 months free for brand new users but I had previously utilized a free trial so I paid for the first month)

Date of Purchase: As per my billing history, I signed up for Groove Music Pass on August 6, 2016

Promo Item(s): I have not yet received the 3 month promotional code for this purchase.

I am in Canada it was an offer through my dashboard towards the end of July so I don't have the link but it was a buy 1 month of microsoft groove and get the next 3 months free but I am yet to receive the code for my 3 months.

The promotion was between the 16-30 of June on the home page on my Xbox one .it says that new member that join for Groove music pass will get free 3 months after they finish the first free month.

I signed up on August 14th 2016 for groove music pass during the 1 month +3 months free and did not receive my code for my extra 3 months free. Could I still get it?

Same issue with not receiving the 3 Month Groove Pass code, I have spent over 4 hours chatting with Microsoft tech, have spoken to seven different reps, in numerous departments, and nobody has an answer. My trial expires 13/08/16, and still no code. I've
stood by you for years Microsoft, but this is some of the absolute worst service I have ever received.
