Hi ich habe mir das spiel Sea of Thiefes auf Microsoft gekauft dan gab es Probleme und die Bestellung wurde nicht angenommen ich hab daraufhin das spiel nocheinmal gekauft und nun hab ich es quasi 2x bezahlt Entschuldigung für die Störung

unsatisfied about my purchase of a game

Dear X-box team,

I have bought some microsoft-points at my gamestore, and wanted to try out a online purchase.

But after I had downloaded the game i choose (GTA San Andreas), i seemed that the game was not complety what i had in mind...

Is it posible to get my microsoft-points back please...?

I realy hope this problem can be solved. Because in a gamestore, if you are not satisfied about yout game, you can change it for an other. Can I do that here to?
