    Microsoft force charged me Gold subscription, I see it in my paypal, but I dont see It on...


    How can I talk directly with microsoft?

    The money I had in my debit card was for another important purpose and Microsoft just decided to charge a ghost gold subscription

    it doesnt appear in my purchase history yet on my Paypal (I use paypal for most of my purchases online) the charge appears

    the only thing showing up in my purchase history at Microsoft is the same subscription but it says "Late pay" "pay now"

    How I´m supposed to "pay it now" if Microsoft already did by its own?, didnt ask me to do the charge and I am really pissed off right now

    did you happen to have any other email addresses you use for other things at all? Or even on another device like your phone that you may have accidentally been signed into even if it is a slim chance

    Smwutches     has suggested - though when you go in make sure that you have the dates listed for when the money has come out, what you see in your Xbox account. The more details you can give will go in favour as far as making
