Microsoft Flight Simulator stuck on Please Wait...

Installation is stuck on Please Wait... I have tried multiple methods to get past it but nothing seems to work. Game is stuck at 91.33 GB. Tried uninstalling game and xbox apps. Restarted multiple times.
Deleted the folders multiple times. Still stuck in the same position. This is just ridiculous, been trying for 3 hours.

For me this worked, it was pretty much because the launcher wasn't able to decompress some files correctly. navigate
your way to your roaming file (%appdata%), find your way to Microsoft Flight Simulator\Packages\Official\Steam, delete all files that are not folders (for me I had like 6 packages at the bottom of my listing that were files not folders), then rerun the launcher
and it should correctly install them.
