    Microsoft Flight Simulator Refund


    Purchased on line the premium edition which includes the digital ID. After lengthy download every time I tried to run the game I got a message that I needed to insert a disc. So no game.

    On line I see this is a common problem. After uninstalling and re installing the digital ID I get the same message. I even completely uninstalled the game and tried again. NO LUCK

    I tried launching from the store which has worked for some. NO LUCK

    After hours of frustration I just decided I want a refund. I'll try again in a few months when Microsoft works out these problems they should have done before coming to market.

    No I am told NO REFUND and to read the link with the terms of purchase.

    Of course when I clicked on the terms of purchase link it was an inactive site.

    How do I get a refund???

    Flight Simulator X isn't. That is an old game. However Microsoft Flight Simulator is.

    How did you refund the add-on? By filling the general Xbox refund form, or did you contact the Flight Simulator Zendesk team?
