Microsoft flight simulator low performance

I got the Amd ryzen 5 3600 and rtx 2070 super and 16gb of ram, but the game didnt perfomance very well, i got just a little bit more than 28 fps in full hd with ultra setting. Tests of the same configuration gives much more better results, and even runing
in 4k and i even cant turn on 4k resolution, game starts to freez and then crushes. Maybe someone know what causing a problem.

i got the last version of nvidia drivers

My system has amd 3700x 32m memory and a 1660gtx 6gb. I run my native monitor settings on my big screen (1680 x 1050). It runs 25-30 fps constantly(very playable). If I set the ?double screen to 200(simulates a double screen to 3360 x 2100) , it runs
at 12-17 fps but runs so smooth and looks fantastic!!!, its still very playable! If I cut out some shadowing and grass etc, I can get 30fps constantly in 3360 x 2100!!! This is with graphics set at MAX with the above mentioned things turned off! I think my
32gb mem has something to do with the playability and smoothness.....

That’s strange. I solved my problem, it turnes out i had problems with my RAM, i changed broken one with 8gb to 16 gb (24total now), and it runs in 4k with 30-35 fps on high settings in tense populated cities

Hi,

Ultra is a too much for the 2070 Super. A frame rate of 30 or just under sounds about right at those settings. My 2080 doesn't get much more.

However, if i modify my settings between a mixture of medium and high I get get a mostly stable 60 FPS at around 1080P. That is what you should aim for. The game still looks superb.

Flight Simulator X isn't. That is an old game. However Microsoft Flight Simulator is.
