    Hello,

    I have purchased Microsoft Flight Simulator: Premium deluxe Edition for my following setup:

    OS version: Win 10 Pro

    Build: 10.0.19043

    Motherboard: Gigabyte Z490M

    Processor: i7-10700k @3.8 GHz

    RAM: 32GB

    Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GT 730

    Hard Drive: 1 TB SSD

    This is a new PC setup.

    Have installed XBOX game pass and the game on C: drive.

    Do not have any other application installed as I build this pc only for this game.

    Every time I launch the game directly or through XBOX it closes itself at the initial loading screen where I see the blue bar progressing at the bottom. It always closes down when the bar is at approx. 50%.

    Troubleshooting done:
    All windows updates installed

    checked for viruses and firewalls

    120 Mbps speed tested

    updated graphic drivers

    updated Direct X 11

    created new User profile in windows

    Reinstalled complete game 3 times now.

    It still crashes on loading. and I do not get any error message. I am at a loss now. Please help.

    Hi

    That looks like the cause of your issues. The GT 730 is an extremely low end card, not meant for gaming.

    It needs upgrading to at least a GTX 1060/1660 or RTX 2060.
