Hello Tyson, would your console be the regular Xbox One or the Series?

Does this blue white screen only happen when you try to start Microsoft flight simulator, or does it happen to any other XCloud game?

Have you tried any procedures on the consolation, if so what procedures have you tried?

I have just tried both of these procedures, and they didn’t work. And by the way I this game was working fine for months but only a week ago it stopped. Thank you for your help.

Hello again, this is really weird Tyson, even more so if it only happens with Microsoft flight simulator and doesn't happen with the other XCloud games.

Hello again, try this procedures below.

The first is a cache cleanup:

1. Go to xbox press and hold the XBOX power button on your console for 10 seconds until it turns off

2. Wait 10 seconds for it to turn off

3. Wait 1 minute with it off

4. Turn it back on

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > system > console > system

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Hi George. I am on an Xbox one s and it’s only when I try to start up Microsoft flight simulator. I searched up the issue on google and couldn’t find many results. Methods I have tried are closing and restarting the game, and restarting my Xbox. None of these methods worked.
