    Dear support

    I bought Microsoft flight simulator 2020 from Steam, and after 70 hours of playing... It corrupted. Now, I uninstalled the whole game and redownloaded the launcher on Steam but upon just loading up the launcher, right after showing the screen (reference) it freezes and crashes. I've gone through support requests and followed the steps from other people like this one.

    I've deleted the credentials, repaired and reset Xbox app and Microsoft Store and even changed my password to force a re-login. But even then right after I still crash on loading. Regardless the full 150Gb of the game is not installed. I just want to get the installer running to start this process but it crashes. I don't know what to do but it crushes my heart that my final option is to do a full PC reset.

    My computer's setup as follows: MSI Stealth GS65

    Running Windows 11 Home 64-bit

    Intel I7-8750, 16GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060.

    I really need guidance cause I have no idea where to begin or how to troubleshoot the issue... Please help here a video I've uploaded to show the crash (https://youtu.be/XHrMT8NxwSU)
