Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 Crashes the computer randomly

Hello,

I'm trying to play MFS 2020 since release and at first I was able to fly with the Airbus but after I flew the Cessna 152 the game started causing a full crash restart randomly with all aircrafts.

Crashing means:

While playing, loading screen into flight, actually flying, taxing on the ground, my screen goes black like the Computer has a full power-loss and then the PC just boots up again.

This is really annoying and renders the game unplayable for me.

Same thing here. Hard restart while playing MSFS, everything else works fine.

I tried changing RAM, using only one SSD, using only 8 or 16 GB RAM, disconnecting pedals and HOTAS, changing USB ports and USB hub...

To no avail.

Every other app and game works fine. I played DCS World this weekend for hours, absolutely no problem.

The thing is I cannot reporoduce this. Sometimes I play MSFS for hours just fine, and sometimes it crashes the moment i hit Fly button.

Hey Indeed it is and yes I can

,

Currently In use:

700 W Power Supply (I have a spare 750W PSU I'm gonna test that later this week)

1x AMD Ryzen 7 3800X CPU (NEW)

1x Nvidia GTX 1080 (Fairly used by now but I'll get myself an RTX 30XX soon)

2x 8 GB of DDR4 RAM (Pretty used by now. I should probably get new ones)

2x SATA Connected SSD drives.

- 1x Very new Samsung 1TB SSD (Game Drive)

- 1x Not so new 224 TB Kingston SSD (Windows drive)

I thought it may have been my previous installation so I cleaned all drives... Disconnected all Linux HDDs and reinstalled with Windows and only SSD.. Still the same (Obv. I reinstalled MFS 2020 too.)

If not completely clear: I have installer MFS 2020 on a 2nd SSD (not my main windows drive)... I may try to reinstall MFS 2020 on my main drive.

I usually have 3 Monitors but I have disconnected 2 of them to test if that maybe it.

As of my peripherals:

I'm down to:

1x Razer Huntsman Elite

1x NoName Laser mouse

1x Xbox Controller (No yoke as of yet)

1x Logitech Wireless Headset

All of this seems to be some kind of power loss but I have no way of monitoring it as of yet.

I have calculated my maximum power consumption to be about 480 W - 500 W... 200 W to spare.

EDIT:

I have now tested with lowest Graphics and One monitor only and I have reinstalled MFS... Same issue.

And it is random... It sometimes crashes during the loading screen. Sometimes mid flight... Sometimes inside the cockpit on the ground during startup... NEVER on the main menu screen.

EDIT #2:

I have just used FurMark and benchmarked CPU and GPU at the same time..

The past 5 minutes my whole setup was on 100% Usage... 16 Threads and my graphics card under full usage... NOTHING.. So I'm really at a loss here.
