Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 Content Manager

I downloaded FS 2020 from the Microsoft Shop and installed on an empty SSD drive H. In settings /apps/move it clearly shows installed in drive H. However in Content Manager it is inviting me to install on drive C (Users\appdata\local\packages etc. but
shows 232g available ie the free space on drive H - only 90g free on C. I notice there are already files in drive C on the path above. Should I continue in Content Manager with the drive C path or redirect to another folder on H in which case what folder?

Keep in mind that if you have any spaces in your path you will need to add "" at the beginning and end. This is also explained in the video.

i have the same issue, i tried to follow the steps but im dumb asf haha, anyway you tell me how to do it more detailed? as stupid as that sounds mate! thank you!

I had the same problem here, I found a solution.

I had already installed it on drive 2, so I had to find the place where the package was already before. I found this path

D: \ WpSystem \ "NUMBER" \ AppData \ Local \ Packages \ Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe \ LocalCache \ Packages

After selecting this path, the update returned to just 11 GB. Hope this helps.

That path in your post was exactly what I was looking for.

I had also installed FS 2020 on drive D. I used the Browse button in FS Installation Manager for the 1.9.3.0 patch to set the folder you specified to override the default that was pointing to a drive C User AppData subfolder.

It would have been nice if the Installation Manager would have defaulted to this folder where the FS 2020 packages are actually installed, but you have supplied the information to work around that deficiency.
