Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 - A320 Neo losing power

I was flying and after departure I get to my cruising altitude in MSF 2020 and all of a sudden I lose all power except for the yoke control. Engines die, landing gear won’t open, all panels turn off. I don’t know why this keeps happening.

I didn’t have this problem when I first got the game on Xbox series s, but since a few days ago every flight has this issue despite me not changing anything about how I fly. I use the same checklist, same autopilot and somehow it still ends up with everything off and crashing into the ground. It’s the base game with a air Canada livery.

I use the right stick to toggle the auto pilot for longer flights shortly after takeoff. I a complete the checklists that are available in game. So everything should work fine but unfortunately this is really ruining my flights. I just want to fly easily to my destinations and enjoy the scenery more than flying itself which is why I toggle the right stick auto co pilot.

It’s not the livery as the issue as I’ve completed flights with it on. It’s weird that I’m having this issue regardless but I’m not knowledgeable enough about the aircraft to fix the issue or know where to begin. I play on easy as the user experience to enjoy the game rather that a hardcore sim.
