    Installed the simulator. the updates was at 70% when it paused. however when i tried to resume, it restarted the installation. i don't have enough storage for an entire reinstallation.

    need to uninstall the software completely and clean to reinstall. kindly help me with the complete and clean uninstallation procedure

    Flight Simulator X isn't. That is an old game. However Microsoft Flight Simulator is.

    Uninstalling clean will not be possible without reinstallation

    Can you offload some things to a thumb drive temporarily?

    Here's how to uninstall the game:

    Open the Xbox app

    Sign in with your Microsoft account

    In My Library, search for Microsoft Flight Simulator or mouse over the Microsoft Flight Simulator icon in the "installed" menu

    Click on the 3 dots menu then select Manage

    Click Uninstall Game, then select Yes when prompted "Are you sure?"Uninstall_in_Xbox_App_.png

    For a clean reinstall:

    You can reinstall the game via the Xbox app.
