Microsoft Flight Simulartor on XBOX SERIES S

1. Are you getting an error code when launching the game?

2. Are you able to launch other games in your Xbox Console?

3. When did the issue start?

4. What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far to help resolve the issue?

As described, EA app always crashes in your Xbox console. Let us first try to resolve the issue of app crashing as it may cause the launching problem with the game. To do so, follow the steps here:

• Press and hold the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
  
• Select My games & apps > See all > Games.
  
• Highlight the EA app and press the Menu button on your controller.
  
• Select Manage game and add-ons > Saved data.
  
• Select Delete all to remove your local saved data.
  

Check updates for your Xbox Series S and EA app. Sometimes, outdated versions of the system or the app may cause installation issues or bugs.

• Press and hold the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
  
• Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Updates & downloads.
  
• If there are any updates available, select Download and install.
  
• Restart your Xbox Series S after the updates are installed.
  
• Open the Microsoft Store app and select More > Downloads and updates > Get updates.
  
• If there are any updates available for the EA app, select Update.

As far as I know, it is coming on Xbox Series X|S only!

If series s/x for flight SIM 2020 yes

.if for Xbox one then only works with xbox one games not cloud like flight sim

I'm sorry but Microsoft Flight simulator is not compatible with the normal Xbox One S. It will only work with Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X.

Microsoft Flight Simulator is set to release later this summer for the Xbox Series X|S exclusively.
