Discus and support Microsoft, fix your Sudoku game in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Like many other users, Microsoft Sudoku will not let me login.     Microsoft, fix your Sudoku game


    Like many other users, Microsoft Sudoku will not let me login. Of course the game puts the blame on the Internet connection at my end when it appears to be the fault at Microsoft's end. All my other Microsoft games (Solitaire Collection, Minesweeper, Word
    Games, Mahjong, Jigsaw, Taptiles and Bingo) have no problems with login or with Internet connection.

    This is not the first time Microsoft has had these type of problems with its games. They made a similar claim to me when I complained how their Solitaire Collection kept dropping its connection one day when there were several other gamers who had the same
    problem during one of its event competitions. The tech who replied back to me had the stupidity to suggest I connect to the Internet with a wired connection when the fault was clearly at Microsoft's end.

    Please fix your game, Microsoft.

    Microsoft Sudoku and Microsoft Jigsaw freeze up

    I don't play jigsaw, but Microsoft Sudoku freezes as I am playing the game. Games freeze, then the game closes itself. Very frustrating when playing a game and have to start over and over to complete one game. Please fix Microsoft Sudoku for all of us
    to continue using it.

    Skyscanner Ad Causing Problems

    Skyscanner Ad is slowing and freezing the screen for Microsoft Sudoku and for Microsoft Jigsaw. Please fix it!

    Sudoku game start up freezes on Surface Pro

    My Microsoft Sudoku game no longer starts. Have reloaded Microsoft Solitaire collection and at the bottom chosen Microsoft Sudoku game and each time I start it I get initial Microsoft Sudoku starting screen and then it shifts to a blank blue screen and
    freezes.

    Multiple downloads have also failed and checked for Microsoft Updates and completed those....

    Any suggestions to restore Sudoku? Note other Microsoft Solitaire games work from the collection.

    Sorry to hear about the crashing issues you're having with Microsoft Sudoku. Please try the troubleshooting steps on this page

    HERE     and let us know if it helps. Sometimes something as simple as reinstalling the game will fix an issue like this.

    Actually, this is a known issue with the Microsoft Sudoku game, but they mentioned this, “Our team has released a fix for the sign in issues players have been experiencing in Microsoft Sudoku. We are recommending at this time to update to version 2.9.4111.0.”

    However, if you have this problem even after having the latest version installed on your device, they suggest opening a support ticket:
