    I know I said I was switching to ps4 but thats gonna take time so while I still have my Xbox one might as well enjoy it.I tried the way you guys told me to use but I realized I did my challenges for the points but the check mark is not poping up saying
    that I did it.So I dont get the points plz fix.And can you guys buff up the points like give us kinda hard challenges that does not include buying stuff.But like a hard challenges to make it easier to earn more points.

    Your account needs updating to make a deposit!?

    Hello SONGS TO SCREAM,

    Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your Rewards Account region and your Microsoft Account region. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change
    your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency. We cannot deposit from your US Rewards Account into your Portuguese Microsoft
    Account.

    However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft
    account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location.

    I got an email saying there was an issue with my account

    The email says this:

    We were unable to make your final Rewards deposit. Any pending Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems in your account will be converted into Microsoft Rewards points in late June, where you can redeem them for items in the Microsoft Rewards
    catalog

    How do I fix it?.
