Microsoft FFB wheel issue from update 574 . Still need it fixed if anyone could help me.

Last nite was the first time since update 574 that I completely lost all FFB. I shut the wheel down and powered it back up but still no FFB. I shut down the game only(FM4) then shut off the wheel. Restarted FM4 with the pad then after I was in the game shut
off the pad , powered up my wheel started a quick race FFB felt stronger than before an was ok the rest of the night.

I have had a few minor issue's prior to last nite with the wheel going to full lock on the right and throttle pedal not working properly, but I rebinded the wheel and it seemed fine afterwards. Seems like it gets progressivly worse as time goes by.

I hope this is fixed soon, racing games are all I really play on my Xbox.

Hey there Frog! If you are still having issues with your wheel, please ensure you are on the current version of the Dashboard (2.0.15574.0). This update should fix all FFB issues with wheels. Let me know if that is the case, thanks!

Patience left the building 2 months ago along with her friend Credibility. No offense but why not just say that yall are working on other things "diligently" in the next dashboard update and that us wheel users are porked until you roll out that update.
Heaven forbid you roll a specific update out to fix the problem. 4 months is so far over the top of customer service that we are past anger and now settling into bitterness. The longer this goes on, or actually nothing goes on, the less chance I renew my
XBL membership and get set to put the whole Xbox on ebay to unload it and go back to GT5 on the PS3 where they actually think about peripherals like wheels and such and tend not to break them for no apparent reason.

This is getting very, very old and stale........its well into the odor stage. Please dont thank me for my patience, there is none at this point.

Hey MN Duc Man! I couldn't confirm that there will be a resolution by the time Horizon is released but I know our engineers are still working diligently on this issue! We're hoping for a fix soon. In the meantime, seriously, thank you so much for your patience
