    Hi, i have set up my son's PC under my account. I put some limits to his connections. It did cut his connection but also it shuts down his PC and therefore he cannot use it to work. Therefore, i took off all the limits i've put, but his PC still shuts down
    at the same time. It didn't took into my consideration my changes. How can i come back to no limit for my son? Thanks for your help.

    How does this family thing work? Does Microsoft want us to take a family photo through the connect or maybe wants to see our birth certificates?

    I have set up my son's xbox one and his xbox Gold under my Microsoft account. Problem is, as my account is listed as an adult account on Microsoft Family, I cannot Change the Settings to Child Settings. I would like to Limit Websites he can Access and also
    the time he spends on his console. Now that I have already set up his Gold Membership under my account, can I change it to a new account{

    So, in order for you to add your son's account to your family account, he should have his own account, since his account is pretty much the same as yours, you're not unable to add it. :/

    You can do it the way I said too. It also has nothing to do with Microsoft Family. All Microsoft Family does is give permission for your family to play the game. It has nothing to do with sharing. As long as you have the option to play the game offline
    ticked in the Microsoft Store, then anyone should be able to play the game on your PC.
