    MICROSOFT FAMILY SETTINGS HELP ME PLEASE >:(


    I want to buy the halo infinite battle pass.

    My account is somehow a child account.

    I can't buy halo infinite battle pass as a result.

    I can't fix this.

    I don't know what my account's "parent account" is, and I can't find out to login and rectify this.

    How do I find ouut?

    Sign in with your account at Xbox.com, then click your profile icon in the top right of the page.

    - From the dropdown click the three dots and then Xbox Settings.

    -That will take you to a page that has your Privacy & Online Safety Settings, from there you can toggle everything to 'Allow'.

    I believe what you are referring to is resetting the console to it's factory settings which you can do but, it erases all the memory off your HDD

    I think he is talking about the family settings passcode which you can setup on the console. The only way to get that reset is to
    call customer support for your region and walk through the steps with them (they will need the console serial
    number) to reset it.
