Microsoft family screentime bug

We understand the inconvenience caused. As per description, you got hit by the extend screen time screen even though you did not log in.

1. Was this happening to all games?
   
2. When did the problem started?
   
3. What troubleshooting steps have you done?
   
4. Any recent activity or changes made before the issue appeared?
   
5. If you got error message, do you mind send to us a screenshot of the exact error message, minimizing personal information?
   

These above questions would help us provide the necessary information. Once we have gathered all the information, we will formulate the viable solution to help you with your case.

Hi there,

Have you created a Guest Passkey on the console yet?

Info on how it works and setting it up can be found
here.

Be sure to uncheck the box that says "Let people download & make new accounts". Then the guest key will need to be entered before anyone can add/create a new account on the console.

Hi Brad - I dont really get it....surely the Screentime limits will kick in ?

No the only device he has is the XBOX
