Microsoft Family preventing Me to change privacy settings

Could you try this:

Create a new account that can be considered as an adult account (try using another web browser or incognito mode).

Once done, add your main account as organizer via the link below. (you can see in the new account an "add member" button

Please double check that you select your main account as organizer too, not member.

Once successfully added, sign out from your account everywhere and restart your PC/device

Then log in your account again and try again

Just to double check, please check if birthdate is more than 18/21 years

Online Safety and Privacy Settings, on your console and on a computer. Is there a specific issue you're running into? There are things that will prevent you from modifying your settings, such as if you're identified as a child account, either by an Adult
account in a Microsoft Family or by the age associated to your Microsoft Account, whether you're in a Family account or not.

Looks like it is just a matter of privacy settings.

To change your Xbox account privacy settings, sign in to the privacy & online safety page:

Set all the settings to "Allow" or "Everyone" on the three tabs:

Privacy;

Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One & Windows 10 Online Security;

Xbox 360 Online Security;

Note: If you’re on a child account, you’ll need an adult in your family to sign in to their Microsoft account to change your privacy settings. This is done through the Family settings.

For some reason i cannot change my privacy settings on my main account. I have checked my family settings and it says i am not part of a family to my knowledge.

But also whenever i click on my privacy settings for my xbox it takes me to this page instead: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/4026796/microsoft-account-change-childs-xbox-privacy-online-safety-settings

I am never able to change my settings PLEASE HELP
