Microsoft Family Features Emails not Sending

Based on your description, your parents/guardian/Microsoft Family editor is not able to receive the email notification for account permission to install game. In connection to that, we would like to know few details about your concern:

1. Is the account signed into the Xbox app and Microsoft Store have the same credentials?
   
2. Is the account part of a Microsoft Family: Microsoft Family Safety?
   
3. May we ask for a screenshot of the error message? Please conceal any personal information.
   
4. Are you playing on Xbox Console or mobile or PC when this prompt appear?

To confirm, is your email address a Microsoft email like @outlook.com, @hotmail.com, etc.? If so, you cannot separate your email from his Xbox profile because it's the same account with your Microsoft account.

Creating a new email and add it as an alias won't actually separate your account for Family Safety procedure. The solution here is for you to create a new adult account which will act as a family organizer. You will have to add your main account as a member of the family so your new account can manage its privacy settings or family safety features. No worries because that won't affect how you send/receive emails. Please note that you're still using the same account with your son.

I am not sure what to do as in my account I have my son twice as a family member with different email addresses I was for tracking him on his phone the other was for xbox. I have added money to the account that is for the microsoft family feature of keeping a child safe.
