Microsoft Everything is evolving poorly.

I wanted to ask the community why is Microsoft so poorly on helping anyone.

1. Support for the main Microsoft website is a big joke, the Virtual ai does nothing helpful at all in my opinion.

2. When I need to talk to someone real There is literally no support to help me with, expecting calling them but what if someone needs their phone for important business calls or is too busy to do calls. Texting is a little more efficient.

3. If a gamer helps you, it goes so fast. But then when they send you to the right page or forum to sumit a support ticket or email then you are limited to what you can say. What if I have more to say about a problem I am needing help with, if I can not say
much?

4. The system of the Xbox and rewards page is very poorly made and done. Every time I redeem money I can never use it, It does not go through when making purchases, the system can not keep up with one single purchase I make, or I can not use both my card or
the redeem at the money same time to save money.

5. Can't save much on Xbox, squeezing more money out of you then Netflix is and yet Netflix is offering you more and is willing to help you with your problems if needed to be help.

6. A lot of questions of mine does not get answered at all or is poorly answered. I know sometimes I make an argument with Microsoft, but literally 90% of the things I say are legit questions needing to be answer so that I may educate myself into being a better
person or to understand something better.

7. When Xbox needs update to run smoothly or work better you decided not to give it the update it needs to be better used or fixed. If you fix the problem you wouldn't need support at all.

8. If Xbox is supposed to be that magically place of fun and entertainment why am I here, and not on Xbox playing or watching a movie. Cause nothing is being done for anything.

9. When playing Mp, and people randomly reports you. You literally don't even check to see if they are legit reports or not Cause Microsoft doesn't work with the enforcement team. You are two different companies or sections but yet can't work together to make
the community a better place yet forcing some not all to quite playing mp cause perma bans aren't fun if your not doing your jobs. Luckly all that tax money going into funding a scamming corporation not doing jack diddly-squat.

10. Last thing I wanna complain about. Literally almost all your Microsoft web pages are not even update to date. Almost 70%-80% aren't even up to date. Enforcement page, Support page, Xbox page, Store page, and Legal action page. You literally do not care
for anyone but yourselves and doing small things to bring in money so people can wastefully waste it on Xbox and not a actually gaming company who cares for their players like steam, Playstation, and Nintendo. Atleast when they think about money, they also
think about improving yet Microsoft only thinks about money and showing off.

This is just a discussion topic, so positive and negative feedbacks are welcome. Do not go to far into negative, just showing people my version of Microsoft and my downsides of Microsoft. Like the support team barely wants to do there jobs so that's why they
got the gamers doing it for them. I know times are hard but you still got a job to do. No matter how hard it gets. A good example about fighting or trying would be using attack on titans for our life situation. Even though things seem too big to take on or
too dangerous or complex, you still got a job to do. You also have a team to back you up if things get tuff. I can understand why gamers are helping support but making the support page to difficult to get to an exactly support person so my issues can be fix
makes me think you aren't even trying at all anymore. This gamers are helping you for free and yet you are trying to avoid everyone who needs the help. That makes me very sick.

Who every took the time to read my post. Thank you so much just to hear me talk on and on. I try'd to be short as possible, but I can't help to express what I feel and how I feel towards something. Not trying to be disrespectful even though it will sound like
it, but it's the truth and truth can sometimes be disrespectful.
