    Dear Microsoft enforcement thanks for your incompetence you have showed me your jobs at Microsoft are useless and you really don’t Deserve them. I was banned for using the word “rapping” in a message and maybe it was the programmers fault for making that a hot word, but it is crazy to me that I pay you to play online but, I don’t break TOS and get banned I am starting by refunding everything on my account that is eligible which I guarantee will get denied because you are able to sit back and steal money, the enforcement team is a joke and if anyone knows how I can get a phone number for a supervisor for it should let me know asap I would love to hear what a nasily 49 year old with 14 cats sounds like.

    No there isn't. The enforcement site is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

    Sorry you feel that way, life bans aren't given lightly and you do have the option to appeal the ban, and it is expected that you know what actions are and aren't acceptable on Xbox Live when you create your account, as you would have been provided with
    the means to view that information upon account creation.

    Sorry that you feel that way, but they do have give chances of an appeal on the enforcement webiste but that is all for an appeal. But as said it's normally after a few suspensions before a life ban is given.
