Microsoft enforcement team and how thy banned players.

i think this is very wrong that Microsoft enforcement team cant take a way my constitutional right this is very wrong First Amendment. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion,
or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for
a redress of grievances. i will file charges this is my right i live in the USA this is my right no one can take a way my freedom
of speech i will call my Florida polices offices to see how to press charges and for a
lawsuitfor this matter i have spent 2,678.98 but i still get banned from Microsoft for my constitutional rights thats messed up. please find a
way to fix this or i will take matters in my own hands. United States law allows an individual who believes that his or her constitutional rights have
been violated to bring a civil action against the government and microsoft to recover the damages sustained
as a result of that violation

Hackers

I have a question, why does the Xbox live enforcement team not care about people hacking online and possibly getting people banned? The reason why is because I have been banned by a hacker and the enforcement team won't admit that there are hackers and
they won't do anything about it. They make excuses of why I'm banned. For example, they say that I ask for another players account info, that I was hosting/participating in modded prestige lobbies, or trading in game services for Microsoft points or money.
Now the thing is that I have no clue how to hack and I don't want another players account. So I have been banned by a hacker and the enforcement team is just ignoring it and keep deleting my post on their forum, can you help me?

Actually, they can take away your freedom of speech. If they can prove the message was offensive, racial or sexual, they are in full position to take action. These big companies make it an extremely bad idea since they know all loopholes to the law.
