Microsoft email was hacked and then later console banned

Hi,

my Microsoft email was hacked and i was later on account and console banned from xbox.

I managed to secure my account but the hacker managed to change some linked passwords so i talked to a Microsoft agent and at the same time noticed i was banned and sent a useless appeal confused to what was going on , the appeal obviously got denied and i have not been able to contact Xbox enforcement since , i have been on many chat to live agents and none of them being able to help.

is there anyway to contact xbox enforcement or even contact someone that can help with getting my console unbanned , i dont even know if the console ban is permanent... please help.

By the way, what do you mean by "hacker managed to change some linked passwords"? Does the hacker still able to access your Microsoft account after securing it?

On the other hand, an Xbox device suspension is only issued in extreme cases and for the most serious of violations. Here are a few of the reasons that a device suspension or ban is issued:

Xbox console tampering, such as physically opening an Xbox console and modifying the hardware to play illegitimate or unauthorized software
Online fraud, such as phishing, account theft, or other attempts to defraud Microsoft or other players.
Repeated and serious violations of the Microsoft Services Agreement that establish a clear pattern of nefarious activity.

No the hacker is no longer on my account and I can not get a response from Xbox enforcement from every way that has been suggested.

Microsoft does not always ban a console as soon as it is detected. They are known to ban consoles in waves. It is possible for a console that is flagged for banning to be sold used and function at the time of the sale, only to be banned at a later date.

Do not buy used consoles.

well if it was hacked it might be best to start over did you check your email address to read what microsoft sent you regarding the ban
