That's spam. It's not possible to get a virus on the console. It's best to just ignore those messages.

Thanks for replying and keeping us updated. In this case, Smwutches is correct and that is spam and the console is not set up to get attacked by viruses. In this case, what we would recommend is that you first attempt to

power cycle the console physically. This should clear up the issue; however, if it does not, then I would recommend performing a soft factory reset of the console. This will clear your operating system of any potentially corrupted files and it will leave
your games/apps installed. Should you do this, please be sure to know the log in credentials (email address & password) for any profiles on the console as it will remove them.

If you’re ready to reset your console to the factory default settings, follow these steps:

1. Press the Xbox button
   to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select System.
5. Select Console info & updates.
6. Select Reset console.
7. Select Reset and keep my games & apps.
