Microsoft Edge on Xbox Series X Won't Load Instagram in Web Browser

Thank you for contacting the Xbox support forums and for supplying the troubleshooting methods you have already used so far. By chance, is your Gamertag linked to a family account? If it is, it is possible that Instagram is blocked for your console.

If you would like to check to see if you are part of a family, you may visit Remove yourself or a family member from your family group on Xbox

I will also move your thread to our Microsoft Edge support forums in hopes of more users being able to supply support tips. If the issue persists on your Xbox console, please submit a report using the Report a Problem app direction from your console: Provide feedback to Team Xbox. This will allow you to include a short clip of the error you're receiving or an image directly to our support team.

Yep I have the same thing on xbox series x, and if I use the edge browser and go to discovery plus

it won't let me stream but if I use my laptop it works fine. That tells me it's a xbox Microsoft) problem.

On Firefox and the Microsoft Edge browser (the one that comes with Windows 10, not the new Chromium based Edge that is being tested), I also have issues loading my messages.

However, using Google Chrome or the DEV channel of the Microsoft Edge Insider preview, I can access my messages on the web.

Also check that you do not have script or ad-blocking add ons in your browser, or at least disable them for the Xbox domain.

You can download the Youtube app from the Xbox store, but the instagram app is not available on Xbox, also many social media apps are not available for Xbox. You can still browse the sites using the Microsoft Edge web broswer on the console though.
