Microsoft Edge on Xbox Series X Keeps Refreshing / Loading Randomly

The problem you're having with Microsoft Edge on your Xbox Series X could be caused by the browser's cache or cookies. Kindly try the steps below and see if it helps;

1. Clear the cache and cookies by going to the Microsoft Edge settings and selecting "Privacy, search, and services" > "Clear browsing data" > "Choose what to clear" and selecting "Cached images and files" and "Cookies and other site data". Then click "Clear now" to see if that resolves the problem.

2. Power cycle console: Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds. Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply. Plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

Hi I have the same issue. Using xbox series x and while trying to live stream the page just keeps on loading. Works perfectly well on my phone and PC. Using microsoft edge. In Private makes no deference at all.

This is happening to my Xbox Series X.I load bing and in the upper right where the 3 dots are a message saying "edge is out of date" appears.If i click it then a offical Microsoft edge page loads and a choice to update is given.If i chose Windows 11 it says not supported.I have had this happen 4 times in 6 days.It some times makes edge un usable as it asks to accept cookies/t & c over and over.I tryed a factory reset keeping my games and apps but it was the same.I did a power cycle then the edge out of date message was gone but within a 24 hour period it happend again.Is My Series X broke? What should i do? I am considering trying a factory reset without keeping my games and apps or selling it.It seems to be tied to my tag as i have a second tag on the console which doesn't get the edge out of date message.Any ideas anyone? Help.

When i try to load up the tab to enter the sweepstakes it gives me a blank screen then it says "An error has occurred. Refresh your web browser to get back on track" but when i try to refresh it just keeps popping up with that same message, i have tried doing it on both my phone and on the Xbox console's Microsoft edge app and i just get the same thing with the message.

I tried that, and it just keeps on refreshing endlessly, any idea on how to fix that? I'm using the Microsoft Edge browser.
