Microsoft Edge Fanfiction.net not working XBOX ONE

I had this problem for a while now. One day I was able to read stories on fanfiction.net and next it keeps saying it is making sure my connection is secure on repeat, with the are you a robot button. I tried all sorts of websites and they all work except for ff.net, it does however go to the home page, but when I tried to open a story it refuses to open.

I'm not sure about doing a factory reset or a reset and keep all my data will fix it, I want to keep my game save files. Please help.

I tried to download as epub as I saw epub readers in the Store, so I can read it that way but its not allowed.

Downloading is not allowed on the edge browser at as it is not intended as a replacement for a desktop or mobile one. It has many features disabled that are security risks that many websites assume are working

It is mostly intended for viewing product information. You should contact the website and tell them about the problems that they can analyze it

You mentioned the reset in the console keeping games and Apps, you can do it quietly that you will not miss any games or App, all your progress and license of the games are safe in your Microsoft cloud account.

You can try the procedure by following the steps below.

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

Note: You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

Go to Help and feedback.
Click on Send feedback.
Fill out the form.

Does it still do the same thing if you tried it in the InPrivate window?

Sorry, I'm new to Edge didn't know Inprivate was built in. Yes it does the same thing when I use it, and opening and closing it doesn't fix the problem. I tested it every other website works, except for fanfiction.net when I'm tried to load a story.

Maybe there is an update you miss for the Microsoft Edge app. Did you already reviewed if there is a pending update for the app?
