Microsoft edge chromium?

I'm having the same problem.

If the browser is built on chromium it seems this occurs

Opera

Opera GX

Mozilla Firefox

Google Chromium

Google Chrome

Internet Explorer 11 however isn't affected

You cannot download pictures or anything period in edge or any browser on any console

File management had nothing to do with user files that you create

Anything you download off the internet comes with a license the terms of use states you can't use copyrighted material

custom profile pictures when saving images it's a whole lot easier than from usb media unless you can use one drive for that
